I track truth.
I protect aliveness.

Somatic, depth-informed counselling for people who want real movement — not just understanding.

Most therapeutic work focuses on pain, narrative, or regulation.

I track something else: the moments when you become more present, more coherent, more yourself. The signal of life within you.

When you come into contact with what's real, something shifts — in your tone, your energy, your presence. I follow that. Not because it feels good, but because it's directional. It shows where life is moving.

My work is in service of restoring movement, integrity, and vitality.

Depth Work

For those ready to go further

Depth Work

Beyond patterns, into the structures that shape how you experience yourself and your life. Identity, meaning, truth. Who you are beneath conditioning. How you construct reality. What becomes possible when you let that shift.

Identity-level transformation
Meaning, purpose, life direction

"I follow truth to locate and repair rupture. I follow aliveness because it reveals what is most vital and worth protecting."

How I Work

Depth psychology. Somatic intelligence. Truth.

I use my own perceptual and somatic awareness as an instrument — tracking when you're in contact with what's true, when you're protecting yourself, and when you're coming alive. From there, we work with what's most real, allowing movement to emerge rather than forcing it.

This work draws from depth and Jungian-oriented psychology, somatic and nervous system practice, parts work, existential truth-oriented therapy, and an understanding of eros as life force. I don't impose a single modality. We discover together what your system responds to.

The body is not a symptom to manage. It's an intelligent system communicating something essential. When change lands in the body, it lasts.

Questions

Before you begin

Book a consultation. We'll talk, I'll track what's alive in you, and we'll both know. There's no pressure. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you honestly and point you somewhere better.

Therapeutic Foundations builds nervous system capacity, pattern recognition, and grounded clarity. It's complete work on its own. Depth Work moves into identity, meaning, and how you construct your reality — it requires foundational capacity and a genuine desire for transformation. Most people start with Foundations. Some transition naturally.

Yes. I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC). Most extended health plans cover sessions. Receipts provided, direct billing available through Jane.

Usually it's about fit. This work is somatic and depth-informed — we're not just talking about your problems, we're working with your body and psyche simultaneously. Most of my clients have tried other approaches first.

Both. I see clients in Coquitlam and virtually across BC. Many people do a mix.
